We accept returns made within 14 days of receipt.
Use the enclosed return label and pack the bag in the same or similar packaging as it came in. Leave it at a Postnord or DHL access point.

EXCHANGES

Return the bag using the enclosed return label, and place a new order for the product you would like instead. We will refund your original purchase as soon as we receive it.
