We offer home delivery and delivery to selected pick-up points. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden and are typically dispatched within 24 hours on business days, excluding Swedish public holidays.

Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

If you don't receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at service@sandqvist.com.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will also be provided by your chosen carrier.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 2–3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at service@sandqvist.com.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to make a return. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies within this 30-day period.

To make a return, register your order through our return portal using your order number and the email address used when placing the order.

Once your return has been registered, you will receive your return instructions and return label by email.

If you are returning an order from outside the EU, you may also receive a commercial invoice to print and include with your return. Please follow the instructions provided when registering your return.

Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

For deliveries outside the EU, import taxes and duties may apply depending on the destination.

United Kingdom and Norway: Taxes and duties are included in the product price. No additional duties will be charged upon delivery.

United States: Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning applicable taxes and duties are included and there are no additional duties to pay upon delivery.

For other destinations outside the EU, applicable taxes, duties and customs fees may be charged by the carrier.
