Interim Retail Manager Sandqvist bags & items

Are you driven by sales, customer relation and service, managing high level team and development? Please see below for a 1 year interim position as retail manager covering 80-100%.

Start May 2022.

As Retail Manager at Sandqvist, you are managing a team of 6 store managers and will have the overall responsibility for all Sandqvist physically operated stores. You will upkeep existing structure, setting goals and working with KPI's with the focus of increasing sales, service and team growth in stores. On a daily basis you establish and follow up yearly budgets and overall goals with store managers, delivering strong top and bottom-line results.

You will report to the CEO.

To succeed we see that you:

  • Have 5+ years experience working in retail
  • Have 3+ years managerial experience with at least five direct reports
  • Have great managing skills with focus on growth of your team
  • Have the ability to set strategic plans resulting in profit driven stores and excellent customer service
  • Have previously worked effectively with result driven P&L´s
  • You have great knowledge in setting up Budgets and following up sales with action plans of change if needed within team and on higher level
  • Great ability to analyse KPI´s with ability to identify actions needed to meet Sandqvist Retail targets
  • Have great social skills and high skills in communication
  • Have excellent Excel skills
  • Have an open mindset to feedback and change
  • Are fluent in English, Swedish is a plus but not a must
