Head of Marketing & Brand Communication <br> Maternity Cover

Sandqvist is offering a full-time (maternity cover) position for a brand oriented and result driven Head of Marketing & Brand Communication

The position will be responsible for setting up the Marketing, PR and Visual/Brand vision implementation and strategy across all markets and channels, locally and globally.

You will be leading the Marketing & Brand Department and be in charge of establishing and maintaining relationships with consumers, community, and trade groups by delivering all marketing and communication material to all different sales and brand building channels.

THE ROLE

  • Responsible for budget of overall marketing costs including production, performance marketing, advertising, windows & POS, social media, events, PR initiatives and brand building activities.
  • Creating and executing GTM strategy and plan across traditional and digital channels covering all brand categories.
  • Final approval on all visual identity and communication. Such as store design, campaign material, copywriting etc.
  • Own marketing and communication plan and activities throughout all sales channels.
  • Lead the marketing department including recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, management and assessment of the team.
  • Lead the day to day job and execution of the Marketing Department work efforts and their development while developing, executing and maintaining overall marketing expansion strategy.
  • Set KPIs, seasonal budgets and roadmap strategy to ensure consistent achievement.
  • Responsible for reporting on KPI:s and analyzing KPI:s and campaigns on a monthly and yearly basis together with each channel.
  • Ensure that Wholesale, Retail & Online sales channels has all the right marketing, communication and branding tools needed to increase profitability. Responsible for all media buying.
  • Develop internal processes and processes.
  • Continuously develop contacts for external business partners and suppliers throughout the field.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 6 years’experience as an Brand / Marketing Manager or similar.
  • Bachelor’s degree within communication or marketing
  • Result orientation, self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Experience from leading a team
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of digital and social media platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English
