Recycled Polyester

Recycled Polyester

Recycled polyester is produced using post-consumer waste like PET-bottles. This process means the fabric gives a new lease of life to waste material that is not naturally biodegradable.

WHY USE RECYCLED POLYESTER?

Recycled polyester uses less natural resources like water, energy and fossil fuels than regular polyester. Despite this, recycled polyester still has many of the same characteristics as virgin polyester, including great durability and a scuff-free finish.

PROMOTING NEW RECYCLING STREAMS

Recycled polyester gives a new lease of life to PET-bottles; a waste material that is not naturally biodegradable.

HOW MANY PET BOTTLES?

30 (0,5L) PET-bottles are used in the making of a medium sized backpack in recycled polyester.

Reduces environmental footprint

Recycled polyester uses less natural resources like water, energy and fossil fuels than regular polyester.
